Three rounds of this and you will feel it. Go as heavy as you would like as long as your structure and sequencing are great(VERY IMPORTANT!!).

As you can see we are integrating the other kinetic lines to help train the entire body with a focus on the glutes and hip stabilizers. This little workout can go very deep or be more gentle depending on speed and weight. Let's MOVE back into life.
