MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

This technique of self massage allow us to intuitively explore the restrictions holding your body back from moving freely. We may also use a programmed approach if you need a more structured environment.
You will be guided through the process of releasing the bound tissues from tip to toe with simple tools that will give you so much relief.
