I will challenge you and introduce you to new movement patterns and new things to consider that will profoundly impact your life.

You will gain a greater understanding of how a joint becomes compressed and how to decompress the joints through breath, myofascial release and whole body movements.

Not an athlete? That's not a problem. These methods apply to everyday life, after injury recovery, and everyday people of any age.
