GET IN SHAPE WITH MOVE 2 TRAIN

This is not the typical personal training program. We learn to take advantage of our bodies slings with FUN horizontal integrated movements. Appropriate resistance loads are applied with very intentional movements that reach deeper than any heavy isolated exercise.

Based in Indianapolis, Move2Train works in person with clients from the local community and surrounding areas.
