Assessment: We start by seeing how your body moves day to day with posture and gait analysis. Sport- or work-specific assessments are added if needed. This helps us pinpoint inefficiencies and the root causes of pain.

Preparing the Body: Using Self Myofascial Release, we warm and prep your muscles so your body is ready for safe, effective movement.
