A deficient posture has jeopardized your joints for too long. We can realign the joints and balance the body to alleviate that stress.
The deficient posture is corrected with some Guided Self Myofascial Release techniques and specifically designed resistance exercises. We then strengthen deep core muscle groups with light resistant loads, training your body to hold itself in a more upright and efficient posture.

When a good posture is achieved and the stressors are taken away from the cartilage, capillaries and nerves the body will begin to heal itself. Then we can move on to strengthening the human design. We are meant to stand ,walk,  run and throw so I model our exercises to emulate those adaptions and your sports.
