Motivation starts with the small habits.

Start with the first two minutes you take to prepare for a new habit and just do that to begin with. Break it down to a few simple tasks. You will find out when you take those first few steps like putting on a particular pair of shoes for a run, setting up the space to create your piece or prepare to leave and lock the door to go to the gym, you will find motivation has begun for the task. Motivation is not first. Taking action is first.
