5 Week fitness Foundation Course beginning this Oct 18th. Ends a week before Thanksgiving. Get a head start on the new year with this foundational approach to correct fitness practices. We will use a week long progression series based in human movement and functional strength. RSVP and PAY prior.

This is a great place to get in and discover how compound movement can strengthen and heal the body. Learning how to manage our leverage of structure properly to maximize mechanical advantage of real life movements.
Learn a new method that promotes joint longevity and balanced strength throughout our body. Actively pursuing integrating the primary, secondary and support muscles in tandem.
Get off the bench and out of the machines that force isolated ridged movement.
Let's integrate our bodies instead of causing imbalances with outdated methods.
